Overview of the Ordering Process
After you have placed your order, you’ll receive an email from the Customer Service Representative who will be taking personal care of your order. This promotional products expert will fully review your order, make suggestions, confirm dates and review your artwork.
Once all of the details of your order are set, the next thing you’ll receive is a copy of your ‘e-proof’ showing your artwork to be used on the production order. You’ll have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements (remember, all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don’t charge for art design and prep!). Once you’ve approved the art you’ll see an order confirmation with all of the dates and charges. Keep in mind the charges will not change (including shipping!) from what was shown in the order confirmation you received at the start of the process unless something has changed (quantity, additional imprint colors or quicker shipping) – and then only if you’ve approved them in advance.
Remember, no orders will go into production without your final approval of artwork.
How do I create an account?
Once you are happy with the items in your cart, and have chosen to check out, you will be prompted to establish a Shoplet.com account. Simply fill in the required user info and proceed with checkout to create a user account.
How can I edit my account information?
After logging in to your account, go to Account Settings to edit your account information.
How do I find my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click here to recover your password and enter the e-mail address associated with your account. We will send you an e-mail message containing your account information. You can also call our toll free number 1.877.406.7467 if you do not remember your password information. Simply have your E-mail address available for our customer representative to assist you.
