Shipping & Delivery

How fast will I get my order?

Production times are dependent on the product ordered. For every item we show a Production Calendar that includes artwork preparation, production times and delivery transit times. Delivery transit times are based on UPS Ground Delivery. If you need an item faster than the production time shown or if you have any questions contact our Customer Service Representative. All production times and shipping dates are based on the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Shoplet be liable for any consequential damages arising from any delay in delivery.

Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?

Yes. Please call your Customer Service Representative know (you’ll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!) and they’ll be happy to assist. Additional charges may apply.

Can I ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we only handle shipments to the domestic United States.
